AI 點數會在每個計費週期開始時重設。接近上限時，Quickchat AI 會在使用量約達額度的75%、90% 和 100% 時寄送提醒給帳戶管理員。
點數用完後，AI 代理會停止產生回覆，並向傳送訊息的人顯示簡短的暫時無法使用通知，直到額度重設。你可以到訂閱設定升級方案，立即恢復服務。
Quickchat AI 代理可使用不同的語言模型：
- 標準模型（GPT-5.1）：預設模型，所有方案皆包含，適合大多數使用情境。
- 進階模型（GPT-5.4、GPT-5.5、GPT-5.6 Sol、GPT-5.6 Terra 和 GPT-5.6 Luna）：能力更強，可提升處理複雜指令、AI Actions、MCP 或大型知識庫的 AI 代理回答品質。
任何付費方案（Starter 及以上）都可隨時在 Identity 分頁切換至進階模型。
這取決於方案及其包含的使用者授權數量。每個使用者授權提供一個席次，讓一位團隊成員存取並管理 AI 代理。
較高階方案包含更多授權，Enterprise 則可自訂席次數量。
知識庫文章是你加入 AI 代理知識庫、用來提供知識的個別項目。無論類型為何，每個新增來源都算一篇文章：
- 撰寫或貼上的文字
- 透過網址匯入的網頁
- 上傳的檔案，例如 PDF 或文件
- YouTube 影片
- 從 Intercom 匯入的文章
每個項目算一篇文章，因此匯入 10 個網址並上傳 3 個檔案，總共算 13 篇文章。方案決定知識庫可容納的文章數量，你可以隨時新增、編輯或移除文章。
