Getting started

Install, enable, ask a question. The setup runs through your Shopify admin and the theme editor.

Install “Shopping Agent by Quickchat AI” from the Shopify App Store, authorize it through Shopify, then enable the app embed in the theme editor of an Online Store 2.0 theme. Import your products, blogs and shop info into the knowledge base, and test the agent before you publish. You can add website pages, files, text and YouTube videos, subject to the knowledge-base limit of your plan.
