Yes, if you set it up to. Bot API methods such as pinChatMessage, restrictChatMember, and banChatMember can be added as AI Actions. Quickchat AI checks a Telegram-verified admin flag before running them, so a regular member cannot talk the bot into banning someone. The bot also needs the matching admin rights in your group.

The token is stored on the Quickchat AI side and referenced inside actions only as a placeholder. It is filled in when the request is built and redacted everywhere the request is shown, including the Inbox call log, so it never reaches the model.
